Dåphne (in modern greek meaning laurel tree, whereas in the greek mythology Daphne was a nymph), is a modern style luxury villa of approx. 400 m2 with a capacity of 8 pax. Lavish gardens, large terraces, the beautiful private infinity pool overlooking the villa’s mini soccer field, the fruit orchard and the endless Aegean Blue are the main highlights. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 main living-rooms (entertainment areas), a dining area, a cast iron energy fireplace, a kitchen, a gym, an office/library area, a laundry/linen room and plenty of built-in cupboards on each level for extra convenience, a 60 m2 private infinity pool, a mini soccer field and an exterior BBQ area.The main characteristic of the villa is the wide openings and windows, generously providing bright sunlight, cool breezes and an unobstructed view of the outdoors, which ultimately creates an intense feeling of the inside connecting to the outside..Villa Daphne is split into 4 levels. Each level has a short set of stairs. The main entrance-hall, the main-living areas, the dining area and the kitchen, are all situated on the ground floor (level 0), offering an absolute view of the stunning infinity pool. All bedrooms are situated on level 1 and level 2 , with solid oak wooden floors (parquet). The rest of the floors in the rooms and areas inside-out, are dressed with large natural stone-granite plaques providing practicality and a natural, cool feeling when walking barefoot on a warm summer’s day. The stylish, fine furniture, the high quality brands of the appliances and sanity ware, create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.
